That's right, this might be your very last opportunity to snag The Hemp Witch's products. It is with a heavy heart that I have had to make the difficult decision to shut down my product-based business model. Having moved somewhere between 9-11 times in the past three years (it's hard to keep track at this point), and with another cross-country move scheduled for the upcoming new year, it has been unsustainable for me to continue my efforts in manufacturing and lugging hundreds of pounds of products and manufacturing equipment to-and-fro across the states with me. I'm not shutting down for good, however.

I have spent a considerable amount of time pondering the ways that I can be of more service to my community, and while I know how much joy and relief my products have brought to so many people over the past 7 years, it no longer feels in alignment with my greater purpose to sell physical products as my sole means of income. In addition, an oppressive economy coupled with an unstable and inaccessible housing market has prevented me from operating the necessary laboratory set up for product development and manufacturing for some time now. In short, I have been forced to work in less than optimal, and often temporary set ups. As an Autistic person, this has led to considerable overwhelm, burnout, and plain old distress from not having a functional or predictable work environment. I have had to store my product separately from my living space, and have had to work in cramped and inconvenient spaces with minimal equipment for the past several years.

Rather than continuing on in this manner, and knowing that I am still far from settling in one place, I have decided to restructure my business in a way that allows me the freedom and ability to work completely remotely. The transition will be a long process of trial and error, but I have plenty of ideas to keep me busy throughout the journey.

Early in 2025, I hope to begin launching a series of Herbal E-Books that will contain detailed and comprehensive plant monographs, Herbal DIYs, Recipes, and more. They will be available in the Kindle storefront, and perhaps on some other platforms. From there, I intend to dip my toes back into Herbal Consultations with Clients, and will likely offer to take on a few clients for free to begin rebuilding my case portfolio. I have also pondered lots of ideas for launching an educational YouTube platform teaching both beginner and advanced product formulation & manufacturing, but that will come once I have somewhat settled into my future housing and have conquered my fear of being perceived ;).

I wouldn't be here without you all, and I have nothing but gratitude as I prepare to close this chapter and leap head first into the next one.
